By using our Site or integrated third-party booking platforms to schedule appointments, you agree to comply with our Clinic’s policy: Notice Period: We require at least 24 to 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling out of respect for our practitioners and other clients time. Fees: Failure to show up or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or require a non-refundable deposit to secure future bookings, as per standard clinic policy.
